Dynamic Development Capital Partners (DDCP) is an investment company formed as a d/b/a of Dynamic Development LLC wanting to acquire a minority equity share of an existing business and operate that business as the succession plan with current ownership. We will finance the purchase using a combination of our personal equity ($), seller financing and bank debt. We can provide you the flexibility to do what you want in the future: remain fully engaged with growth oriented partners, work part time or a full exit.
DDCP is seeking a low to middle market existing business. DDCP focuses attention on profitable North American businesses with $10 -50 million revenue in low to medium tech manufacturing or distribution arenas serving niche markets. We will want to use our unique backgrounds to expand the target firm globally throughout the supply chain.
We are looking for B2B manufacturing or distribution businesses. We evaluate corporate spin offs and divestitures. DDCP will consider partnering with private investors on larger transactions. DDCP takes an active leadership role in the company.
WHO WE ARE:
Jim is a successful international executive who has built and sold two privately held businesses for double digit EBITDA multiples for other majority investors. Jim graduated with a BBA in Finance and Economics in 1978 from the University of Notre Dame. Jim completed the General Electric Financial Management Program and graduated with an MBA from the Garvin School of International Management at Thunderbird in 1981. He moved to Minnesota in 1983 and was the Senior Vice President-Product Development at Katun Corp. until 1996. Jim formed Dynamic Development Associates in 1996. Jim joined Colder Products Company in 1998 and until spring 2006 was President of Colder Products Company International. He formed Dynamic Development Capital Partners in summer 2006. Jim has had an active consulting and sales management role for the past few years. His international experience spans Europe, Asia, Latin America and Israel. His most recent experience has included the BRIC's and Mexico.
