WHAT WE CAN DO FOR YOU:

Dynamic Development Capital Partners (DDCP) is an Independent sponsor which wants to acquire one business and operate that business as the succession plan with existing ownership.  We will finance the purchase using a combination of our personal equity ($) and bank debt.  We can provide you the flexibility to do what you want in the future: remain fully engaged with growth oriented partners, work part time or a full exit knowing these owners will continue to grow your business.

DDCP is seeking a low to middle market existing business.  DDCP focuses attention on profitable North American businesses with $2 -25 million revenue in low to medium tech manufacturing or distribution arenas serving niche markets. We are looking for B2B businesses with 5 years of existence.  We evaluate corporate spin offs and divestitures.

DDCP will consider partnering with private investors on larger transactions to provide capital and complementary talents.  DDCP takes an active operational role in your company.
